Aimllama ships a starting layout for four popular shooters and a template for everything else. A starting layout means the key chips are already placed over the game’s stock button positions on first launch: WASD on the joystick, the mouse on the look area, fire, aim-down-sights, reload and the rest where the game usually draws them. You drag anything that does not line up with your own HUD, save, and the layout is yours from then on.
Games with a layout in the box
Each card shows how many controls the on-foot layout maps and how many the vehicle layout maps. The counts are read off the layouts that ship inside the app, so they are exact rather than a marketing round number. Tap a game for the page about it.

Every other game
Any Android game with on-screen buttons works the same way, because Aimllama never needs the game to know it is there. Open the game, open the in-game panel, and pick a template: Shooting starts you with a movement stick and a look area, Racing with steer, accelerate and brake on held keys, and Flying with a tilt stick and throttle. Then tap where each button sits on your screen and press the key you want on it. A layout takes about as long to make as a round of the game takes to play, and it can be shared with another player as a short code from the game’s page.
Three layouts per game
A game rarely wants one set of controls. A shooter on foot wants WASD and a look area; the same shooter in a vehicle wants steer, accelerate and brake; a flying section wants a stick and a throttle. Aimllama keeps up to three layouts per game and switches between them with one key (F1, F2 and F3 on the PC; the situation tabs on the phone’s in-game panel). The switch is instant and the game never notices. The free tier includes one layout per game; Pro fills all three.
What “ready-made” does and does not mean
A starting layout places the chips where the game draws its buttons by default, on a typical phone. It does not know about your custom HUD, your font scale or a game update that moved a button, which is why every chip stays draggable. It also says nothing about a publisher’s rules: whether a game permits keyboard-and-mouse play is the publisher’s decision and yours to check before you play ranked. Aimllama maps your inputs and never touches your aim; see how it works and the terms of use.
Can I share a layout with a friend?
Yes. Every layout has a Copy icon on the game’s page in the app. It produces a short code you can paste into a chat; your friend pastes it into the same game’s page and gets your button positions. The code carries positions and binds only, never your account or your device details.
Get Aimllama and try a starting layout, or read the setup guide first.
