Aimllama is a keyboard-and-mouse mapper for mobile games. It has no account and no server: the app runs on your phone, the desktop app runs on your PC, and the two talk directly on your own network. This page covers the only place we hold anything about you — this website.
What this site collects
Your email address, and only if you type it into the download form. It is stored so we can send you one message when the Windows build ships. We do not sell it, share it, or add you to anything else.
Your IP address, briefly. The download form keeps a one-way hash of your IP for ten minutes so a bot cannot flood the list. It is not readable as an address and it is discarded automatically.
Server logs. Our host records ordinary web-server requests (address, page, time, browser) for security and troubleshooting, as every web host does.
Analytics — only if you agree. If you accept analytics in the cookie banner we count anonymous page views to see which pages are useful. Decline and no analytics script is loaded at all. See the cookie policy.
What the app collects
Nothing. The Android app and the Windows app have no account, no telemetry and no crash reporting. Your layouts stay on your phone and on your PC. The link between them is a direct connection on your own Wi-Fi or USB cable — it does not pass through us.
Why we are allowed to hold it
Your email is held on consent — you asked to be told when the build ships, and you can withdraw at any time. Server logs and the rate-limit hash are held on legitimate interest in keeping the site up and unabused. Analytics are held on consent.
How long we keep it
Email addresses: until the Windows build has shipped and been announced, or until you ask us to remove yours — whichever comes first. Rate-limit hashes: ten minutes. Server logs: as long as our host retains them, typically a few weeks. Analytics: 14 months.
Who else sees it
Our web host, which stores the site and its database on our behalf. Google Analytics, only if you accepted analytics. Nobody else. We do not sell personal information and we run no advertising trackers.
Your rights
Wherever you live you can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Under the EU/UK GDPR you may also object to processing, ask us to restrict it, ask for your data in a portable form, and complain to your data protection authority. Under South Africa’s POPIA you may object to processing and complain to the Information Regulator.

Children
This site is not aimed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their details. If you believe a child has submitted an email address, tell us and we will remove it.
Where your data sits
The site is hosted in South Africa. If you are in the EU or UK, submitting the form transfers your email address outside your region; South Africa’s POPIA provides comparable protection, and you are giving that transfer your explicit consent when you submit the form.
Changes
If this policy changes we update the date at the top. Material changes to how we use your email will be announced in the email itself.
