Aimllama lets you play Free Fire (and Free Fire MAX) on your own Android phone with a keyboard and mouse, or mirrored to a Windows PC on a monitor. The game keeps running on your phone, on your own account: no root, no emulator, no modified game. Free Fire does not yet ship with a ready-made starting layout in the box; you start from the Shooting template, which places the movement stick and the look area, and you put the rest of the buttons where your HUD draws them. A starting layout is in preparation and this page will say so when it lands.
Building the layout
Open Free Fire, open Aimllama’s in-game panel from the edge tab (or the editor in the Windows app) and pick Shooting. WASD is already on the joystick and the mouse on the look area. Then tap fire, aim-down-sights, jump, crouch, prone, reload, the weapon slots, the medkit and the map one at a time, pressing the key you want on each. Left mouse for fire and right mouse for scope are the usual choices. Save, and the layout is yours from then on. For a vehicle, add a second layout with steer, accelerate, brake and exit on held keys, and switch to it with F2 on the PC or the situation tab on the phone.
Sharing a layout, or getting one
Every layout has a Copy icon on the game’s page in the app. It produces a short code carrying the button positions and binds and nothing else. Paste a friend’s code into Free Fire’s page and their buttons land on yours; a code made on a phone with a different screen still lines up, because positions are stored as fractions of the screen. This is the fastest way to get a Free Fire layout today, and it is how the bundled one will be made.
Phone alone, or mirrored to a PC
With a Bluetooth or USB-OTG keyboard and mouse the phone works on its own. Linked to the Windows app, the PC hosts the lowest-latency control path and mirrors the game to your monitor with the game’s audio, over USB or Wi-Fi. Linking is one QR scan or a cable. The setup guide walks through it in five minutes.
What it will never do
Aimllama does not read the screen for enemies, does not detect targets and does not move your aim. It maps the inputs you make to touches, and it can switch layouts when the screen state changes; that is where its awareness of the game ends. Whether Free Fire’s publisher permits keyboard-and-mouse play is the publisher’s rule and your responsibility to check; our terms of use say so. Free Fire is a trademark of its owner; Aimllama is not affiliated with it.
Why is there no ready-made layout yet?
A starting layout is measured against the game’s stock HUD on a real phone, so that the chips land on the buttons on first run. Free Fire’s has not been measured yet. Until it is, the template plus one minute of tapping gets you the same result, and a share code from another player gets you there in ten seconds.
