Aimllama · account and data deletion
Aimllama works without an account. If you signed in with Google (to carry a purchase between your phone and PC), this page is how to delete that account and everything stored under it.
In the app — instant
- Open Aimllama on your phone and tap your avatar (top right), or open the drawer → Account.
- Under Sign in, tap Delete account and confirm.
That removes, immediately and permanently: your Google sign-in with us, your verified purchase record (the Free/Pro tier), and the list of PCs registered to your account. Layouts, settings and playtime never left your phone and PC — they are not on our servers, so deleting the account does not touch them; uninstalling the apps removes them.
Without the app
Email hello@aimllama.com from the Google address you signed in with, subject “Delete my Aimllama account”. We delete the same data within 30 days and confirm by reply. We do not need anything else from you, and we do not keep the email afterwards.
What deletion does not do
A Google Play subscription is managed by Google Play, not by us. Deleting the Aimllama account does not cancel or refund it — cancel it in the Play Store under Payments & subscriptions. If the same Google account signs in again later, an active purchase is re-verified with Play and the tier comes back; nothing else does.
